With projects moving at different stages, we’re delighted to share a busy and exciting month at the studio. At Watermill, works are progressing steadily as we continue refining this home with thoughtful design details.

We’ve also recently been instructed on several new projects—Water Lane, Old Ways, Fairoak Lane, Cambridge Mansions, and 145 Ireton Avenue—and we’re thrilled to begin shaping the next chapter of these homes.

At Dowgate, progress has reached a key stage: bathrooms are now complete, bespoke joinery is being crafted, and the kitchen installation is set to begin soon.
