Project Completion: Lincoln, Weybridge

A full house renovation, we were instructed to design and undertake a full lift of this lovely four-bedroom family home in Weybridge. Newly built in 2010, the property had been rented out by our client for a few years, who decided to market it. After a lack of interest in the turbulent property market in 2025, we undertook a full renovation of the property to give it the modernisation it required, before re-launching onto the market.

Carefully selecting choices that would be appealing to all potential buyers, we curated a thoughtfully-designed palette that ensured consistency throughout the house, and to cater to the mass market. Fast forward six weeks, and the property has been sold (STC)!
