Project Update: Park View

Exciting progress is underway at Project Park View. This is a full house renovation, and due to a change in our client’s circumstances and their wish to move in sooner than originally planned, we fast-tracked the design and installation process to ensure a smooth and timely move-in.

Now in just the second week of the project, we’ve already achieved major milestones:

• Flooring prep completed – all existing floors are ready for replacement.

• Decoration underway – the decorator has started bringing the designs to life.

• Essential services in place – the electrician and plumber are on site.

• Panelling complete – multiple spaces have been beautifully paneled.

Next Steps

• Completing the decoration throughout the home

• Replacing the vanities in the bathrooms

• Installing bespoke furniture (currently in progress)

• Fitting the new flooring

• Preparing for the arrival of furniture and window dressings
