Project Update: Ashley Park

We’re excited to share the latest update on Project Ashley Park, where a full renovation is now well underway.

Structural walls are currently being removed, marking a key stage in opening up the home and preparing for a completely reimagined layout. All bathrooms have been fully stripped out, and the existing kitchen and wardrobes have been carefully removed and successfully sold on behalf of the client.

A major focus of the project is improving the overall flow of the house. The client felt the original layout didn’t suit their lifestyle, particularly on the ground floor. In response, we’re relocating the front door and introducing a new layout to create a more natural and functional flow throughout the space.

Alongside the internal changes, we’re also developing a new design for the front of the house, ensuring the exterior reflects the transformation happening within.
