Being shortlisted for the first time for these awards is a true dream come true, and we celebrate this amazing achievement alongside our wonderful team of tradespeople.

A studio update from Rebecca Winter Design Studio, covering progress across several live residential projects including Balcombe, Ashley Park, and Bingham. With works advancing from completion and structural stages through to first fix and final furnishings, the studio continues to move through an exciting phase of delivery while also being appointed on four new residential design schemes, with further details to follow soon

A full house renovation, we were instructed to design and undertake a full lift of this lovely four-bedroom family home in Weybridge. Newly built in 2010, the property had been rented out by our client for a few years, who decided to market it. After a lack of interest in the turbulent property market in 2025, we undertook a full renovation of the property to give it the modernisation it required, before re-launching onto the market.

Spring is in full swing, and our projects are buzzing with progress! From completed homes like Weybridge Riverside to new builds and renovations just getting started, it’s an exciting season for our team and clients alike. Highlights include structural works at Ashley Park, fast-tracked preparations for Park View, design planning at Balcombe, and upcoming bespoke furniture installations at Stockwell. We can’t wait to share the full transformations as each home comes to life!

Exciting progress is underway at Project Park View. With our client returning to the UK sooner than expected, we fast-tracked the renovation to ensure a smooth move-in. In just the second week, we’ve already prepped the floors, started decoration, completed panelling, and have essential services on site.

January has been a productive month at Rebecca Winter Design Studio, with multiple projects progressing across different stages of design and delivery ahead of works commencing in February. Planning and design development continues for Ashley Park, Balcombe, Howndles (Phase 2), and a series of bathroom projects in Norwood, Purley, and Esher, alongside the completion of professional photography at a Sussex farm project.

This month has seen wonderful progress across our ongoing projects, from near-completion at Harbourfield to finishing touches at Watermill. With Woodlands and Weybridge also moving steadily through their next stages, each home is beginning to reveal its character and come to life.

October has been a wonderfully productive month at the studio, with exciting progress across ongoing projects and six new design instructions. From final touches at Sussex Farm to preparations for our upcoming Harbourfield project, each home continues to take shape beautifully.

Exciting progress this month with works continuing at Watermill, new projects underway, and Dowgate moving into a key stage with bathrooms complete, bespoke joinery in progress, and the kitchen soon to commence.

Whilst August is usually the quietest month of the year historically, this year it’s been one of our busiest months! Winning seven new projects throughout Surrey, we are delighted to commence designs on these in the next couple of months. Visiting our gorgeous Chatford project in Bristol, we were delighted to see the progress of the Grade II listed apartment which our client has now moved into!

With a variety of projects in multiple stages, we’re delighted to have been instructed on several new design projects, as well as a renovation project this month. Commencing our Weybridge renovation in August, prep is underway by the extended team to prepare for the full apartment renovation. With Project Sussex Farm in it’s second phase, we’re almost complete on the ground floor too!

With multiple renovations underway, and a raft of new and existing exciting design projects in progress, the RWDS team are excited to start unveiling the progress of projects to date this year. Our gorgeous Sussex Farmhouse project is taking tremendous shape, with the ground floor works now at full scale, soon to start completing several rooms, ahead of the first floor works commencing!

Delighted to be invited to visit the Porcelanosa headquarters in Valencia, Rebecca and Ben enjoyed three packed days of visiting all of their factories and showrooms, at indescribable scale. Not just a tile manufacturer, Porcelanosa offer an incredible range of sanitaryware, wall finishes, natural products and surfaces, and learnt an incredible amount of technical knowledge not only about the products they offer, but also on the installation process to ensure unparalleled quality.

Our first time at Grand Designs Live as part of the exhibition team, we were delighted to partner with Atkin and Thyme on their stand to showcase their gorgeous range of furnishings. It was fantastic to be a part of such a staple event in the design calendar, and we can’t wait for next year!

April has been an exciting month at RWDS! Not only have we grown and expanded the team, but our gorgeous Watermill and Edenwood projects have both gotten underway. A swift turnaround, Edenwood has been completed already, and our clients were delighted with their transformation!

March has been a variety-filled month for the team at RWDS! We’ve welcomed Ben to our team as our in-house Project Manager, and we are preparing to commence our on-site works for Project Watermill in just two weeks!

Wow, what a whirlwind it’s been! It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating our grand opening in September, and here we are wrapping up an incredible year at Rebecca Winter Design Studio. Let’s dive into some of the standout moments from December…
